All Julia Bartsch jewellery pieces are shipped in a grained cardboard box which is personally branded in the designer’s studio. Enclosed in each box you will find a travel pouch, a polishing cloth and a certificate of authenticity. All shipments are fully tracked and insured for their value to guarantee the best possible coverage. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for the shipment.
National and EU shipping:
Orders within France are shipped via the postal service, European orders can be shipped either by the postal service or FedEx/ UPS/DHL. No customs duties or taxes apply to orders delivered within France or the EU.
International shipping (outside the EU): Customs & Import Duties International orders are exclusively delivered with FedEx/ UPS/DHL door-to-door service. Shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs charges, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for estimates.
pick-up Paris
To reduce environmental impact due to local shipments as much as possible Julia Bartsch offers the possibility to pick up your order at the Paris- based atelier in the 11th Arrondissement. Please contact info@juliabartsch.com to schedule a pick-up time.
returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies on all returns. ( 10 % off the value of all returned goods ) The restocking fee does not apply for misdelivered or damaged items. Returned items must be sent back unused in their original packaging. Used, worn- out, or broken items will not be accepted for return. All returns must be sent back with a tracking number, shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Prior to your return, make sure to contact info@juliabartsch.com stating “return + Order #” in the subject line for detailed information on the return process. Julia Bartsch reserves the right to refuse refunds if jewellery items are not returned according to the directions given above. Julia Bartsch cannot be held responsible for lost shipments during the return process. Refund will be granted after the returned items have been checked. This may take up to 3-4 days. Exchanges are not possible. Please note that all special offer items (sale/ reduction) are excluded from returns.

If your piece of jewellery needs reparation, a re-polishing or a new plating along the way, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Please note that this service will be invoiced.
